Thermal imaging is included for FREE with every home inspection (a $150 value!). Thermal imaging can allow for me to see things like HVAC performance, missing or inadequate insulation, building envelope air leaks, moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, and overheating electrical.
360 camera photography that provides a virtual walkthrough of the exterior and interior. This provides the ability to tour the home, share with friends and family, and zoom into areas of interest.
One of my robots accompanies me in the crawlspace to brightly light up the space and to take multiple 360 camera pictures for your reference.

As a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®) and a Certified Real Estate Inspector trained by Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), I have the knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.
